These truffles have a deliciously rich and indulgent chocolate ganache centre made with fresh ingredients and rolled in liquid chocolate. These truffles are also available as a mixed assortment depending on your own personal preference.

    Couverture milk chocolate (minimum cocoa solids 33.6%, minimum milk solid 20.8%). Couverture dark chocolate (minimum cocoa solids 70.5%). Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin’s (soya), natural vanilla flavouring. May contain milk. Unsalted butter (minimum 82% milk fat). Icing sugar, anti-caking agent: Tricalcium Phosphate (may contain egg). Champagne (contains sulphites).
